摘　　要：新时代中医药事业的发展对中医药人才培养提出了更高更深层次的要求,面对新的要求,中医药院校培养中医药人才的方式和策略也需要进一步调整和完善。学分制作为高校人才培养体系的重要组成部分,其强化目标、放开过程,尊重学生个性化和自主性的特点,为中医药高校培养顺应时代潮流、符合发展需要的新时代人才提供了一条有效途径。The development of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era puts forward higher and deeper requirements for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine talents.In the face of the new requirements,the ways and strategies of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine to cultivate traditional Chinese medicine talents also need to be further adjusted and improved.As an important part of the talents cultivation system in colleges and universities,the credit system has the characteristics of strengthening the goal,loosening up the process,respecting students’individuality and autonomy,which provides an effective way for colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine to cultivate talents in the new era who conform to the trend of the times and meet the needs of development.
