摘  要:目的探究曲马多替代哌替啶,在经典教学实验“镇痛药的药效学观察”中的实验效果。方法选用昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为哌替啶组、曲马多组、对照组。分别采用冰醋酸和智能热板仪制备小鼠疼痛模型,与哌替啶组及对照组比较,检测曲马多的镇痛效果。结果冰醋酸致小鼠扭体实验结果显示,曲马多对扭体反应抑制率达到100%;热板致小鼠舔足实验结果显示,曲马多给药后0.5 h、1 h均能提高小鼠对热板的痛阈(P<0.01)。结论曲马多作用机制与哌替啶相同,镇痛效果明显,且实验现象具有直观性和教学课时紧凑性,可以替代哌替啶,应用在药理学的实验教学中。OBJECTIVE To explore the experimental effect of tramadol instead of pethidine in the teaching experiment“Pharmacodynamic Observation of Analgesics”.METHODS Sixty Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into pethidine group,tramadol group and control group.The analgesic effects of tramadol were observed by acetic acid torsional writhing test and intelligent hot plate.RESULTS Tramadol inhibited torsional writhing response to 100%;0.5 h and 1 h after tramadol administration,the thresholds of pain value were enhanced significantly(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The mechanism of action of tramadol is the same as pethidine,the analgesic effect is obvious,and the experimental phenomenon is intuitive and the teaching hours are compact.Tramadol can replace pethidine and be used in experimental teaching of pharmacology.
