摘  要:为提升高速铁路无砟轨道因路基表层振动液化引起的线路不均匀沉降整治技术,在传统浅层注浆抬升技术的基础上,提出改性聚氨酯深层注浆加固抬升技术。针对传统聚氨酯发泡材料变形不可控及水敏感性等问题,研究确定可适用于路基深层注浆抬升场景下的改性聚氨酯材料遇水反应密度保持率不低于85%、闭孔率不低于85%等关键技术性能指标,并基于材料特性提出多点联动精确抬升技术。在沪宁城际CRTSⅠ型无砟轨道运营线上应用结果表明:采用水不敏感改性聚氨酯注浆材料配合多点联动多轮次注浆抬升工艺,可实现对富水沉降路基的深层加固与精确抬升,并有效避免轨道上部结构在抬升过程中的应力集中现象,具有施工快速、方便的技术特征,可在一个天窗内完成20 m范围内富水沉降路基的深层排水加固与抬升,精度可达0.1 mm。In order to improve the treatment technology of uneven settlement of high-speed railway ballastless track caused by subgrade surface frost boiling,the modified polyurethane deep grouting reinforcement lifting technology is proposed based on the traditional shallow grouting lifting treatment technology.Aiming at the problems of uncontrollable deformation and water sensitivity of traditional polyurethane foam materials,the key performance indexes of modified polyurethane materials,including the retention rate of water reaction density and the closed cell rate are determined,which can be applied to the subgrade deep grouting uplift.Based on the material characteristics,the multi-point linkage precise lifting technology is proposed.The application results in Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity CRTSⅠ ballastless track show that the use of water insensitive modified polyurethane combined with multi-point linkage and multi-stage grouting lifting technology can realize the deep-seated reinforcement and accurate lifting of water rich settlement subgrade,and effectively avoid the stress concentration of track superstructure in the lifting process.It has the technical characteristics of rapid and convenient construction,and can be completed in assigned maintenance time.The accuracy can reach 0.1 mm for the deep drainage reinforcement and uplift of the subgrade with rich water settlement within 20 meters.
