额肌瓣悬吊术矫正先天性上睑下垂效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察额肌瓣悬吊术矫正先天性上睑下垂效果。方法对本院选取的38例先天性上睑下垂患儿予以额肌瓣悬吊术矫正治疗,观察矫正效果、眼睑改善状况、额肌力评分即并发症发生情况。结果38例先天性上睑下垂患者手术均成功、矫正满意、耸眉、仰视、皱额等习惯改善;与术前相比,术后MRD值、眼睑高度、泪液分泌试验结果、眼睑外形评分显著提升,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);与术前相比,术后额侧肌评分降低不显著(P>0.05);有1例出现眼睑迟落、2例出现上睑轻度外翻并发症,经积极处理后,并发症消失,恢复较好。结论额肌瓣悬吊术矫正先天性上睑下垂效果显著,具体表现在能显著改善患者眼睑状况,美容效果较佳,且对额肌力损伤较小、并发症少,安全性较高等方面。Objective To observe the effect of frontal muscle flap suspension in correcting congenital blepharoptosis.Methods 38 children with congenital blepharoptosis selected in our hospital were treated with frontal muscle flap suspension to observe the correction effect,eyelid improvement,frontal muscle strength score,and complications.Results 38 patients with congenital ptosis were successful in surgery,satisfactory correction,eyebrows raised,looking up,and forehead wrinkles were improved;compared with preoperative,postoperative MRD value,eyelid height,tear secretion test results,eyelid shape score were significantly improved,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with preoperatively,the postoperative frontal muscle score was not significantly reduced(P>0.05);one case had eyelid late and 2 cases had mild upper eyelid ectropion Complications,after active treatment,the complications disappeared and the recovery was better.Conclusion The frontal muscle flap suspension has a significant effect in correcting congenital blepharoptosis.It can significantly improve the condition of the patient’s eyelids,has a better cosmetic effect,and has less damage to frontal muscles,fewer complications,and higher safety.
