单针射频治疗眼周汗管瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察单针射频治疗眼周汗管瘤的疗效。方法复方利多卡因乳膏表面麻醉成功后用黄金射频单针治疗插入皮损发射高频电流,对病灶产生热电解作用,术后冰敷及涂抹消炎药膏。结果38例患者均完成治疗,其中35例患者疗效评价为优,3例患者疗效评价为良,无病例评价为差。结论单针射频通过选择性电热解作用治疗汗管瘤,操作简单,术后恢复良好,同时具有使治疗部位周围皮肤年轻化的效果,美容效果佳,是一种值得推荐的汗管瘤治疗方法。Objective To observe the efficacy of single needle radiofrequency in the treatment of periocular syringoma.Methods After successful surface anesthesia of compound lidocaine cream,gold radiofrequency single needle was used to treat the skin lesions,which emitted high-frequency current to produce thermolysis on the lesions.After operation,ice compress and anti-inflammatory ointment were applied.Results All 38 patients completed the treatment,of which 35 patients were evaluated as excellent,3 patients were evaluated as good,and no case was evaluated as poor.Conclusion Single needle radiofrequency treatment of syringoma through selective electrolysis has the advantages of simple operation,good postoperative recovery,rejuvenation of the skin around the treatment site and good cosmetic effect.It is a recommended method for the treatment of syringoma.
