摘 要:采用自制的聚酰亚胺(PI)模塑粉,制备出一种轴承保持架用多孔PI材料,并对材料的微孔结构、力学性能、不同工况下的含油性能、浸油前后的摩擦学性能进行了研究。结果表明,制备的多孔PI保持架材料微孔性能一致性较好,力学性能优异,与4123牌号润滑油的配适性较好,试样甩油10 min即可达到稳定状态,含油率和120 min后的含油保持率分别为16.6%和93.4%,当含油试验转速由12000 r/min增至24000 r/min后,含油率和含油保持率仅下降了0.7%,2.1%,温度由25℃升至70℃后,含油率和含油保持率仅下降了1.9%,4.7%,该试样兼顾高含油率和高含油保持率,润滑稳定性好,为特殊工况下选用合适润滑介质提供了有效依据和支撑。Self-made polyimide molding powder was used to prepare a porous polyimide material for bearing cage.The pore structure and mechanical properties of the material,oil properties under different working conditions,the tribological properties of the material before and after immersion in oil were studied.The test results show that porous polyimide cage materials have good consistency in microporous properties,excellent mechanical properties and good compatibility with 4123 lubricating oil.The materials can reach a stable state after oil rejection for 10 min,and the oil content and oil retention after 120 min are 16.6%and 93.4%,respectively.When the oil-bearing test speed increases from 12000 r/min to 24000 r/min,the oil content and oil retention decrease by 0.7%and 2.1%,respectively.When the temperature increases from 25℃to 70℃,the oil content and oil retention decrease by 1.9%and 4.7%,respectively.The materials has high oil content and high oil retention with good lubrication stability to provide an effective support for selecting suitable lubricating medium under special working conditions.
