摘　　要：目的:探讨应用Prisma Flex行双重血浆分子吸附(DPMAS)治疗肝衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取本院ICU收治的11例肝衰竭患者,利用Prisma Flex行部分血浆置换联合DPMAS治疗,观察患者肝功能及凝血指标变化。结果:与治疗前肝功能比较,治疗后TBIL、AST、ALT均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);与治疗前凝血指标比较,PT、APTT显著降低,FIB水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:利用Prisma Flex行血浆置换联合DPMAS治疗肝衰竭具有不错疗效,能一定程度改善患者肝功能及凝血功能。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of dual plasma molecular adsorption system( DPMAS) by using Prism Flex in the treatment of liver failure application. Methods: 11 patients with liver failure admitted to ICU were treated with partial plasma exchange combined with DPMAS by using Prisma Flex. The changes in liver function and coagulation parameters were observed. Results: Compared with liver function before treatment,TBIL AST and ALT were significantly decreased after treatment( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01);compared with coagulation parameters before treatment,PT and APTT were significantly decreased,FIB level was significantly increased( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Plasma exchange combined with DPMAS by using Prisma Flex is effective for liver failure,which can improves patient’s liver function and coagulation function.
