摘 要:积极心理资本是人的正向心理能量,以CEPS数据库中的调查数据构建分层线性模型进行分析发现:初中生的家庭经济状况、亲子关系以及学校文化对其积极心理资本有显著正向影响;性别、是否为独生子女对其积极心理资本没有显著影响;学校文化对初中生的亲子情感与积极心理资本的关系具有调节作用,构建良好的学校文化可以调节和促进亲子情感对初中生积极心理资本的累积。Positive psychological capital is the positive psychological energy of junior middle school students.An HLM(hierarchical linear model)is constructed by using the CEPS(China Education Panel Survey)database to analyze students’family economic situation,parent-child relationship,and campus culture.The results show that these factors have a significant positive impact on students’positive psychological capital.The gender of the students and whether they are children with no brothers and sisters have no significant effect on the positive psychological capital.Campus culture has a mediating effect on the relationship between students’parent-child emotion and the positive psychological capital.The positive campus culture can mediate and promote the cumulative effect of parent-child emotion on the positive psychological capital of students.
