知识赋能视角下商业模式韧性多元实现路径

摘　　要：商业模式是否具备足够的韧性,在很大程度上决定了企业应对社会危机和市场波动等动态环境的能力,然而目前有关商业模式韧性的研究仍在起步阶段,针对商业模式韧性实现路径的研究还较为少见,难以为企业提供更具针对性的建议。基于此,从知识赋能的角度出发,以员工工作繁荣、员工知识共享、高管企业家精神、知识跨界搜索和知识网络嵌入为条件变量,以商业模式韧性为结果变量,构建了商业模式韧性的要素联动模型,并运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,通过收集220家不同领域企业的调研资料,获得了商业模式韧性的多元实现路径。在此基础上,结合组态分析结果,进一步检验了各条件变量间的联动关系。研究表明:在知识赋能视角下,共存在六种不同的商业模式韧性实现路径,各个路径间具有"多重并发"和"殊途同归"的特点;员工工作繁荣和员工知识共享分别与高管企业家精神之间存在一定的替代关系;知识跨界搜索与知识网络嵌入是实现商业模式韧性的关键条件,即二者中至少要有一个条件存在,才能有效推动商业模式韧性的实现。从知识赋能视角探讨商业模式韧性的多元实现路径,能够为企业增强商业模式韧性,进而适应动态环境变化提供有效的策略建议,同时也有利于相关领域研究的拓展和完善。Whether the business model has enough resilience largely determines the ability of enterprises to cope with the dynamic environment such as social crisis and market fluctuation.However,the current research on business model resilience is still in its infancy,and research on the realization path of business model resilience is still relatively rare,so it is difficult to provide companies with more targeted suggestions.Therefore,based on the perspective of knowledge empowerment,this research constructs a factor linkage model of business model resilience.The linkage model takes employee work thriving,employee knowledge sharing,executive entrepreneurship,knowledge boundary-spanning search and knowledge networks embedding as conditional variables,and business model resilience as the result variable.Furthermore,this study obtained the multiple implementation paths of business model resilience by collecting survey data of 220 companies in different fields and using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method.On this basis,this study also combined the configuration analysis results to further test the linkage relationship between the conditional variables.The results show that:(1)From the perspective of knowledge empowerment,there are six different business model resilience realization paths,and each path has the characteristics of"multiple concurrency"and"different paths to the same goal";(2)There is a substitute relationship between employee work thriving and executive entrepreneurship,as well as employee knowledge sharing and executive entrepreneurship;(3)Knowledge boundary-spanning search and knowledge networks embedding are key conditions for realizing business model resilience,that is,at least one of the two conditions must exist to effectively promote the realization of business model resilience.Discussing the multiple realization paths of business model resilience from the perspective of knowledge empowerment can provide effective strategy suggestions for companies to enhance business model resili
