摘　　要：新时代的到来,科技发展到了由快速发展到高质量发展的阶段,企业在不断地调整布局转换经营机制以跟上时代脚步,企业档案管理工作的环境、内容、方法、手段等一系列因素也在不断地发生变化。根据现代企业制度的要求和档案管理工作的实际情况,主要探讨3个方面的问题:1.企业档案的无可替代性;2.档案工作的创型发展是时代的选择,也是为企业提质增效的必需条件;3.现阶段档案管理工作需要重视的几个问题。通过探讨以上问题来实现档案工作的改革与发展,从而更好地发挥档案的作用与价值。With the advent of the new era, the development of science and technology has reached a stage from rapid development to high-quality development. Enterprises are constantly adjusting their layout and transforming their operating mechanisms to keep up with the pace of the times. A series of factors such as the environment, content, methods, and means of corporate file management are also changing. According to the requirements of the modern enterprise system and the actual situation of archives management, this article mainly discusses three aspects: 1. The irreplaceability of enterprise archives. 2. The transformation and development of archives work is the choice of the times and also a necessary conditions for enterprises to improve quality and efficiency. 3. At this stage, several issues that need to be paid attention to in file management. Through the discussion of the above issues to realize the reform and development of archives work, so as to better play the role and value of archives.
