摘  要:为了揭示银对TaC涂层结构和摩擦学性能的影响,采用磁控溅射技术在Ti-6Al-4V钛合金表面制备了TaC和TaC-Ag涂层。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜及纳米压痕仪等检测了涂层的结构、表面和截面形貌及硬度;通过高温摩擦磨损试验检测了涂层的高温摩擦学性能。结果表明:TaC涂层为柱状晶结构,择优取向为TaC(111),厚度为3.7μm;TaC-Ag涂层的结构和择优取向与TaC涂层相同,厚度为4.0μm;TaC和TaC-Ag涂层的硬度分别为32和27 GPa,弹性模量分别为416和327 GPa,TaC-Ag涂层的磨损率小于TaC涂层;在650℃,TaC-Ag涂层的摩擦因数较小为0.25,银的加入提高了TaC涂层的抗弹性变形性能和耐磨性。TaC and TaC-Ag coatings were fabricated on Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy by a magnetron sputtering technology,then tested for structure,surface and section forms and hardness by means of X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope and nano-indentometer,as well as for high-temperature tribological property through the agency of high-temperature fabrication-wearing test,for the purpose of identifying the effect of silver on the structure and tribological property of TaC coating.The results indicated that(a)the TaC coating was comprised by columnar grains with a preferred orientation of TaC(111)and was as thick as 3.7μm,whereas the TaC-Ag coating had the same structure and preferred orientation as the TaC coating,and was as thick as 4.0μm;(b)the hardness was 32 GPa for the TaC coating and 27 GPa for the TaC-Ag coating,the elastic modulus was 416 GPa for the former and 327 GPa for the latter,and the wear rate of the TaC-Ag coating was less than that of the TaC coating;and(c)the friction coefficient of the TaC-Ag coating was reduced to 0.25 at 650°C,the addition of silver enhanced the resistance of the TaC coating to elastic deformation and to wear.
