摘  要:目的采用静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)技术探究虹膜睫状体炎患者静息状态下不同频段低频振幅(ALFF)的变化。方法选取武汉大学人民医院眼科中心收治的28例虹膜睫状体炎患者为患者组,纳入同期与患者组性别、年龄、受教育程度等相匹配的27名健康者为健康对照组。对受试者进行全脑rs-fMRI扫描,采集两组受试者不同频段下ALFF信号值,分别采用单样本t检验和双样本t检验对两组ALFF数据进行组内和组间比较。结果与健康对照组比较,患者组受试者在右侧舌回、左侧舌回、右侧颞中回及左侧楔叶的分数ALFF显著降低;在slow-4频段下,患者组受试者在左侧距状沟、左侧枕中回、右侧枕上回及右侧角回的ALFF显著降低;在slow-5频段下,患者组受试者在右侧枕下回及左侧楔叶的ALFF显著降低。结论虹膜睫状体炎患者存在多个脑区神经元的自发活动异常,主要涉及初、高级视皮层及情感认知调节相关脑区。Objective To investigate the altered amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(ALFF)in patients with iridocyclitis at the resting state using the resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)technique within different bands of fluctuation.Methods A total of 28 patients with iridocyclitis diagnosed in the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were included in the patient group.During the same period,27 healthy controls(HCs)matched in the gender,age,and education level were included in the control group.The whole-brain rs-fMRI scan was performed in every subject to collect ALFF signals within different bands of fluctuation.ALFF data in each group and between groups were compared by the one-sample t test and two-sample t test,respectively.Results Compared to HCs,patients with iridocyclitis had significantly decreased fractional ALFF signals in the right lingual gyrus,left lingual gyrus,right temporal middle gyrus and left cuneus.In addition,significantly decreased ALFF in the left calcarine,left occipital middle gyrus,right occipital superior gyrus and right angular gyrus in the slow-4 fluctuation band were detected in patient group.Decreased ALFF in the right inferior gyrus and left cuneus in the slow-5 fluctuation band were detected in patient group as well.Conclusion Patients with iridocyclitis have abnormal ALFF values in multiple brain regions,involving the primary and advanced visual cortex and brain regions related to the vision,emotion and cognitive regulation.
