摘 要:为了提高摆线针轮减速器的传动性能和精度,根据摩擦热计算原理以及摆线轮啮合理论,计算出摆线针轮啮合热流量以及曲柄轴承热量。根据热量和边界条件,运用有限元分析法,对摆线针轮在不同运转环境下进行稳态温度场分析研究,得出摆线针轮稳态运转过程中稳态温度场。同时考虑不同输出转矩和外界温度对温度场的影响,可知对温度场分布趋势变化影响较小。研究结果可为摆线针轮减速器的润滑、摆线轮的修形以及提高传动精度的研究提供了理论基础。In order to improve the transmission performance and accuracy of the cycloid reducer,according to the calculation principle of frictional heat and the cycloid wheel engagement theory,the cycloid pin wheel engagement heat flow and crank bearing heat are calculated;according to the heat and boundary conditions,the finite element analysis is used. The method analyzes the steady-state temperature field of the cycloidal pin wheel under different operating environments,and obtains the steady-state temperature field during the steady-state operation of the cycloidal pin wheel. At the same time,the effects of different output torque and external temperature on the temperature field are considered. It can be seen that it has little effect on the change of temperature field distribution trend. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the research on the lubrication of cycloid reducer,the modification of cycloid wheel and the improvement of transmission accuracy.
