摘 要:为了精确匹配铁路运输能力与客流需求,铁路运输企业需要根据铁路客流分配动态调整列车开行方案。构建客流分配网络,分析客流广义旅行成本确定方法,提出基于铁路客流分配的旅客列车开行方案调整优化方法,构建基于变分不等式的客流分配模型,通过计算客座率并综合考虑客座率限制条件、客流等级与列车等级的匹配,以及列车的停站次数限制、通过能力限制等因素,设计开行方案调整算法。通过对京沪高速铁路开行方案进行实例分析,结果表明,该开行方案调整方法能有效匹配铁路运输能力与变化的铁路客流量。To accommodate to railway transportation capacity and passenger flow, enterprises have to adjust the train operation plan according to railway passenger flow assignment. This paper proposed an adjustment method for the train operation plan based on railway passenger flow assignment. Firstly, a variational inequality model was built to assign railway passenger flow. Secondly, the passenger load factor was calculated, and other factors were considered, including restrictions on the passenger load factor, the matching between passenger flow and train classes, the limit of stop times, and the passing capacity of trains. Then an adjustment algorithm for the train operation plan was designed. With Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway for a case study, the results show that the adjustment method for the train operation plan can match railway transportation capacity and changing passenger flow volume.
