老年AML微移植治疗前后NK细胞比例与IFN-γ浓度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年急性髓系白血病(AML)微移植治疗前后自然杀伤(NK)细胞比例与干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)浓度的相关性。方法选取2012年1月至2018年12月武汉市中心医院血液科采用微移植治疗的20例老年AML患者为研究对象,共进行78例次微移植。观察所有患者微移植前后NK细胞比例及IFN-γ浓度变化,统计移植后完全缓解、2年总生存及无病生存情况。结果微移植后NK细胞比例及IFN-γ浓度均升高,且微移植后NK细胞比例与IFN-γ浓度有强相关性(r=0.68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。20例微移植患者诱导化疗结束时完全缓解率为60%,2年总生存率为61.8%,2年无病生存率为51.6%。结论微移植后NK细胞比例与IFN-γ浓度有强相关性。Objective To study the correlation between the ratio of nature killer(NK)cells and the concentration of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)before and after microtransplantation in elderly acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods From January 2012 to December 2018,20 elderly patients with AML who were treated with microtransplantation in hospital were selected as the research objects,and a total of 78 microtransplants were performed.Observed the changes of NK cell ratio and IFN-γconcentration in all the patients before and after microtransplantation,and counted the complete remission,2-year overall survival and disease-free survival after transplantation.Results The proportion of NK cells and the concentration of IFN-γincreased after microtransplantation,and there was a strong correlation between the proportion of NK cells and the concentration of IFN-γafter microtransplantation(r=0.68),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete remission rate of the 20 microtransplant patients at the end of induction chemotherapy was 60%,the 2-year overall survival rate was 61.8%,while the 2-year disease-free survival rate was 51.6%.Conclusion There is a strong correlation between the proportion of NK cells after microtransplantation and the concentration of IFN-γ.
