^(18)F-NaF PET/CT与^(11)C-choline PET/CT诊断前列腺癌骨转移的meta分析

摘　　要：目的比较^(18)F-NaF PET/CT与^(11)C-choline PET/CT对前列腺癌骨转移的诊断价值。方法检索PubMed、Embase、中国知网和万方数据库的相关文献。按照纳入标准收集^(18)F-NaF PET/CT与^(11)C-choline PET/CT诊断前列腺癌骨转移的文献,并按照QUADAS-2标准对纳入文献进行质量评价,采用Stata15.0软件对两种方法诊断前列腺癌骨转移的灵敏度、特异度、诊断优势比进行合并分析和异质性检验,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,计算曲线下面积(AUC)。结果最终11篇文献符合纳入标准。meta分析结果显示,^(18)F-NaF PET/CT诊断前列腺癌骨转移的合并灵敏度、合并特异度、诊断优势比、AUC分别为0.96、0.97、632、0.99;^(11)C-choline PET/CT诊断前列腺癌骨转移的合并灵敏度、合并特异度、诊断优势比、AUC分别为0.88、0.98、378、0.99。结论^(18)F-NaF PET/CT对前列腺癌骨转移诊断的灵敏度较^(11)C-choline PET/CT高,但特异度无差异。Objective To compare the diagnostic value of ^(18)F-NaF PET/CT and ^(11)C-choline PET/CT in prostate cancer bone metastasis.Methods Computer-based retrieval was from Performed on PubMed,Embase,CNKI,WanFang to searched articles published.The articles about the use of ^(18)F-NaF PET/CT and/or ^(11)C-choline PET/CT to diagnose bone metastasis of prostate cancer were collected according to inclusion criteria.The quality of the documents was evaluated according to QUADAS-2 quality evaluation criteria.The pooled sensitivity,specificity,and the tests′diagnostic odds ratios for each method were calculated by Stata15.0,while the heterogeneity was tested.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn,areas under the curves(AUC)were measured.Results A total of 11 articles met the inclusion criteria.The pooled sensitivity,the pooled specificity,the pooled diagnostic odds ratio and AUC of ^(18)F-NaF PET/CT was 0.96,0.97,632 and 0.99,respectively,while those of ^(11)C-choline-PET/CT was 0.88,0.98,378 and 0.99,respectively.Conclusion The sensitivity of ^(18)F-NaF PET/CT were higher than ^(11)C-choline PET/CT in diagnose of bone metastases in patients with prostate cancer,but there was no difference between the specificity.
