摘 要:提出自动化改进设计,以现场可编程门阵列FPGA构建主控制器,设计动力模块驱动风机实现气流快速控制、以光电开关感应起动动作、标准模块读取风速值,通过主控制器接入子模块,实现校验仪在提升环境风速、探测风速传感器起动、读取标准风速等环节同步进行,消除手动旋转变频器、人工判断起动等环节,以提高自动化程度和控制精度,降低示值滞后程度,为杯式风速传感器提供一款更加可靠的现场校准设备。This paper proposes an improved automation design,constructs the main controller with field programmable gate array FPGA,designs the power module to drive the fan to realize rapid air flow control,senses the starting action with photoelectric switch,reads the wind speed value with the standard module,and connects the sub module through the main controller to realize the function of the calibrator in improving the ambient wind speed,detecting the start of wind speed sensor Read the standard wind speed and other links synchronously,eliminate the links such as manually rotating the frequency converter and manually judging the start,so as to improve the degree of automation and control accuracy,reduce the indication lag,and provide a more reliable on-site calibration equipment for the cup wind speed sensor.
