摘　　要：胰腺间质瘤是胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)中较为罕见的一种形式,文献报道较少。我们报道1例胰腺的胃肠道外间质瘤(extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor,EGIST)合并囊腺瘤,并进行文献复习。The pancreatic stromal tumor is an extremely rare form of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST)and it has few literature reports.We reported a case of extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor(EGIST)located in the pancreas combined with cystadenoma and made a review.
