高校实验室开放共享存在的问题及其对策研究

摘　　要：高校实验室是高校开展教学活动和科学研究的重要场所,对培养专业人才及推动科技创新具有重要意义。但高校实验室的开放运行状态直接影响了其作用的发挥。文章通过调查分析目前高校实验室开放运行过程中存在的问题和原因,从政府、高校及实验室三个层面提出应对策略,为充分发挥高校实验室功能,构建全方位、可持续的实验室开放运行机制和管理模式提供参考和借鉴。The university laboratory is an important place for university to carry out teaching and researching activities,which is of great significance for training professional talents and promoting scientific and technological innovation.However,the open running state of university laboratory directly affects its function.Through the investigation and analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the process of the opening operation of university laboratories,this paper puts forward the countermeasures from the three levels of government,university and laboratory,in order to give full play to the functions of university laboratories and build a comprehensive and sustainable opening operation mechanism and management mode of laboratories.
