摘 要:高度活跃的糖酵解代谢是肿瘤细胞的特征之一,异常增加的葡萄糖摄取和乳酸堆积赋予了肿瘤细胞更好的生长优势。长期以来,结直肠癌都是严重威胁我国人民健康的恶性肿瘤之一。大量研究表明,通过靶向在结直肠癌中异常表达的糖酵解途径分子,能够有效阻遏结直肠癌进程并延缓其耐药。该文概述了靶向糖酵解途径中的关键分子影响结直肠癌发生发展的分子机制研究进展,为进一步探索结直肠癌的诊疗新方法提供理论支持和参考。Tumor cells are characterized by active glycolytic metabolism which creates better advantage for tumor development by abnormal uptake of glucose and lactic acid accumulation. Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the malignant tumors that cause a serious threat to public health. Numerous studies have shown that the key proteins of glycolysis pathway are considered to be effective targets repressing CRC progression and delaying chemoresistance. Research progress on the mechanisms of the key molecules in CRC glycolysis pathway will be reviewed in this article, which provides a theoretical basis for the exploration of new methods of diagnosis and treatment for CRC.
