摘  要:新农科建设对农林高校教师发展的理念、载体和路径提出了新要求。农林高校教师发展应立足于卓越农林人才培养、新农科建设核心任务和高等农林教育质量的提升,以立德树人为根本、以“强农兴农”为己任,打造一流农林师资队伍,培养创新型、复合型、应用型“一懂两爱”新农科人才。吉林农业大学以新农科建设为契机,在教师发展改革上先行先试,探索构建以“学术取向、自我导向、学生指向”为指导理念,以教师“专业发展、教学发展、组织发展和个人发展”为内容载体,以教师队伍“专业化、国际化”为成长路径的“三向四维两化”教师发展模式,稳步推进新农科改革创新。The construction of emerging agricultural science has put forward new requirements on the concept,carrier and path of teacher development in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities.The development of teachers in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities should be based on the cultivation of excellent agricultural and forestry talents,the core task of emerging agricultural science construction and the improvement of the quality of higher agricultural and forestry education,with the foundation of moral education and the mission of strengthening agriculture and revitalizing agriculture,to build a first-class agricultural and forestry teacher team and cultivate innovative,compound and application-oriented“one knows and two loves”emerging agricultural science talents.Jilin Agricultural University takes the construction of emerging agricultural science as an opportunity,leading in the reform of teacher development,exploring the construction of“academic orientation,self-oriented,student-oriented”as the concept,with teachers'“professional development,teaching development,organizational development and personal development”as the key factors,to build the“three directions,four dimensions and two transformations”teacher development model of“professional and international”teachers,and steadily promote the reform and innovation of emerging agricultural science.
