摘　　要：近年来,我国食用菌产业发展迅猛,食用菌生产规模不断扩大,产量也连年递增,传统食用菌的市场已趋于饱和.新品种食用菌需求日渐迫切,中国美味蘑菇是2015年发现并驯化的新品种,其口味鲜美,气味馥郁芳香,肉质肥厚,富含多种人体必需的微量元素,有着极为广阔的发展空间.本文对中国美味蘑菇在各个阶段的生长状况进行了研究,探索了创新型框式栽培模式,并总结了各项技术要点,为规模化生产中国美味蘑菇提供了参考.In recent years,with the rapid development of edible mushroom industry in China,the scale of edible mushroom production has been expanding and the output has been increasing year after year.As a result,the market of traditionally consumed mushrooms has tended to be saturated.Therefore,the demand for new edible mushroom species is becoming more and more urgent.A.sinodeliciosusis,a new species discovered and domesticated in 2015 is delicious in taste,fragrant in smell,thick in flesh and rich in a variety of trace elements necessary for the human body,exhibiting great potential for industrial development.In this paper,the protected cultivation of A.sinodeliciosus by frame mode is explored,and key technical parameters are achieved,which will provide reference for the largescale production of A.sinodeliciosus.
