三焦主持诸气与经络行气关系探析

摘　　要：三焦为原气之别使,亦为决渎之官,具有"主持诸气""运行津液"的功能;经脉是人体运行气血的通道,沟通人体脏腑,灌注肢节百骸,二者在功能上有相似之处。经脉中流行的是有形的津液,津液承载无形的经气。根据经脉所循行留止多在肉隙、骨缝、筋缘、脉管旁侧,联系三焦主持诸气,可以提出猜想:经络正是募原之间空隙,缝隙宽大者成为经脉,狭小者成为络脉,经络运行气血和三焦通行诸气是线和面的关系。三焦是遍布全身的募原,其上输布的津液是诸气运行的有形物质基础;经络是募原所围成管道,是三焦通行诸气主要路径。这些共同构成了以气论为核心的中医整体观的解剖基础。The Sanjiao is another passway of primordial qi, and is the official of dredging waterways and has the functions of "presiding over the qi" and "activating fluid flowing".Meridians are the channels for the human body to run qi and blood, communicate with the human viscera, and infuse the limbs and bones.The two have similarities in function.The visible body fluid flows in the meridians, which carries the invisible qi.According to the course of the meridians, most of them stay in the meat gap, bone gap, tendon edge and side of the vessel.In connection with the qi presided over by Sanjiao, we can put forward a conjecture: The meridians are the gaps between Mu and Yuan.The wide gap becomes the meridians, and the narrow gap becomes the collaterals.The running of qi and blood in the meridians and qi flowing through Sanjiao are the relationship between line and surface.Sanjiao is Muyuan that running all over the body, and the body fluid transported on it is the tangible material basis for the operation of qi.Meridians and collaterals are the pipes surrounded by Muyuan and the main path for Sanjiao to pass through Qi.These together constitute the anatomical basis of the holism of Chinese medicine with qi theory as the core.
