热邪、温邪考辨

摘　　要：热邪与温邪不能完全相互替代,具体表现在以下几个方面:(1)二者含义有交叉,但并非等同。热邪为一种具有热性、阳性病理变化的致病因素,而温邪是多种致病因素的混合体。(2)二者程度不同。温为热之渐,热为温之极。(3)二者特性不同。温邪除了可以具有热邪的特性外,还包括一定的传染性和发热性。(4)二者治法不同。温邪忌汗,而热邪宜汗。(5)二者临床表现不同,温邪侵袭人体后多见表证,而热邪侵袭人体后并非一定具备表证。Heat pathogen and warm pathogen cannot completely replace each other, which is embodied in the following aspects:(1)The two meanings of the words are overlapping, but not exactly the same.Heat pathogen is factor with heat and positive pathological changes, while warm pathogen is a mixture of many pathogenic factors.(2)They are different in degree.Warm pathogen is the gradual change of heat pathogen and heat pathogen is the extreme of warm pathogen.(3)They have different characteristics.Besides the characteristics of heat, warm pathogen also has certain characteristics of infectivity and fever.(4)The two treatments are different.Warm pathogen should avoid being sweated, while heat pathogen should be sweated.(5)The two manifestations are different.Warm pathogen invades the human body and often shows superficies syndromes, but heat pathogen does not necessarily have.
