高校体育俱乐部管理模式探究

摘　　要：体育俱乐部管理模式扎根于学生主体,贯彻以学生为本的原则,同时把训练学生建立引领终生的体育意志、竞技精神和健康发展作为主要工作目标。但目前高校体育俱乐部的现有管理模式存在资金不足、硬件设施不齐全、管理经验不足以及学生参与活跃度较低等问题。针对以上问题,简要解析高校体育俱乐部的管理模式特征和原则,探讨高校体育俱乐部管理模式的发展策略,为相关工作者提供参考借鉴。The management mode of sports club is rooted in the student main body,implements the student-centered principle,and takes training students to establish a lifelong sports will,competitive spirit and healthy development as the main goal.However,there are some problems in the current management mode of college sports clubs,such as lack of funds,incomplete hardware facilities,lack of management experience and low participation activity of students.In view of the above problems,it briefly analyzed the characteristics and principles of the management mode of university sports clubs in the paper,discussed the development strategy of the management mode of university sports clubs,and provided reference for relevant workers.
