元代邓珍本《金匮要略》262方与640条原文计数考  

A Counting Study of 262 Formulas and 640 Original Texts of Deng Zhen′s Synopsis of the Golden Chamber in the Yuan Dynasty

摘　　要：目的:统计《金匮要略》条文与载方,为《金匮要略》的系统学习与研究提供参考,为中医古籍文献整理提供方法学借鉴。方法:以元代邓珍本《金匮要略》为蓝本,建立原文和方剂数据库,采用可提取电子文本特定内容的正则表达式与描述数据间映射关系的数据字典技术,结合人工校对,对《金匮要略》全篇条文与载方进行统计。结果:全书载方正方182首、附方23首、杂疗方57首,共计262首。条文前22篇计431条、杂疗3篇计209条,共计640条。结论:统计结果与林亿等所云“断自杂病以下,终于饮食禁忌,凡二十五篇,除重复,合二百六十二方”之说相合。Objective:To make statistics of the articles and formulas of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,so as to provide reference for the systematic study and research of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,and provide methodological reference for the collation of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Taking Deng Zhen′s Synopsis of the Golden Chamber of the Yuan Dynasty as the chief source,the original text and formula database were established.The full articles and formulas of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber were counted by using the regular expression that can extract the specific content of the electronic text and the data dictionary technology that describes the mapping relationship between the data,combined with manual proofreading.Results:The book contained 182 main formulas,23 supplementary ones and 57 miscellaneous formulas,counting a total of 262 ones.There were 431 articles in the first 22 texts and 209 articles in three miscellaneous texts,counting a total of 640 ones.Conclusion:The statistical results are consistent with Lin Yi′s theory that"There are 25 texts together(involving from miscellaneous diseases to dietary taboos),except repetition,including a total of 262 formulas".
