摘　　要：针对人工穿经存在劳动强度大、效率低、常出错等问题,设计开发了自动穿经机电控系统。该电控系统由逻辑控制器、电机驱动系统、传感器、气路系统、触摸屏、相机系统等部分组成,可实现整机要求的工艺动作,取代人工穿经。该电控系统的设计与应用实现了标准化、模块化、通用化、系列化,提高了穿经效率和质量。On account of the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and frequent errors in manual drawing-in,the electronic control system of automated drawing-in machine was designed and developed.The electronic control system was composed of logic controller,motor drive system,sensor,air circuit system,touch screen,camera system and other parts,which could realize the process action required by the whole machine and replace manual drawing-in.The design and application of the electronic control system achieved standardization,modularization,generalization,and serialization,and improved the drawing-in efficiency and quality.
