新时期安全科技的学科结构及专业设置研究

摘　　要：由于现有的一些安全学科结构体系不能很好涵盖新时期安全科学技术学科的内容,很有必要重新对安全科学技术的学科结构开展研究。本文运用文献调查法、科学分类法、逻辑层次分析法等,提出4个安全学科的定义和5条构建安全科学技术学科结构的基本原则,构建一幅由安全学科科学、安全专业科技和安全应用科技3个层次和20多个安全学科群组成的安全科学技术学科结构图,并由该图推论出安全科学技术学科应该作为一个学科门类来设置,该门类由10个一级学科和20多个二级学科专业组成。研究结果对新时期安全科学技术各学科分支、学科群、知识层次的关系表达和安全学科专业的发展规划等具有指导意义。Because the existing safety discipline system cannot cover well the content of safety & security science and technology(SSST) in the new era,it is necessary to restudy the discipline structure of SSST.Four definitions and five basic principles for the construction of SSST discipline were put forward and a SSST discipline structure chart composed of three levels of discipline science,professional science & technology and application science & technology and more than 20 safety & security discipline groups was constructed by using literature survey method,scientific classification method and logical analytic hierarchy process.From the chart,it is deduced that SSST discipline should be set as a discipline category,which is composed of 10 first class disciplines and more than 20 second class disciplines in China discipline classification systems.The research results can be instructive to the expression of the relationship among discipline branches,discipline groups and knowledge levels of SSST as well as the planning and development of SSST discipline.
