学习迁移理论视角下思想政治教育与法学专业教育的融合路径研究

摘　　要：学习迁移通常是指一种学习对另一种学习的影响,其中影响学习迁移的因素主要就是学习对象之间的共同因素,而思想政治教育与法学专业教育内在的关联性就决定了学习迁移理论对于二者融合的重要作用。通过分析思想政治教育与法学专业教育的共性,发挥学习迁移理论在法学专业教育课程的功能,以实现把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,有效培养培养社会主义建设者和接班人。Learning transfer usually refers to the influence of one kind of learning on another. The main factor that influences learning transfer is the common factor between the learning objects, and the internal relevance between Ideological and political education and law major education determines the important role of learning transfer theory for the integration of the two. Through analyzing the common features of Ideological and political education and law professional education, the function of learning transfer theory in the course of legal education can be exerted to realize the ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching, and effectively train and train socialist builders and successors.
