摘 要:随着人工智能的蓬勃发展,新一轮科技革命和产业变革推动社会对技术技能人才的需求层次发生转变,创造力、洞察力、学习力等高阶技能成为学生适应社会发展必备的品格和关键能力。文章以现阶段人工智能与职业教育深度融合的时代背景和发展态势为切入点,剖析人工智能赋能职业教育的内生逻辑,探索如何合理运用人工智能的独特优势,推动职业教育教学改革创新。通过信息技术手段,实现育人环境、课程、教学方式、评价体系、人才培养模式的变革,促进复合型创新型技术技能人才培养,走出产业升级带来的新型人才短缺的困境。With booming development of artificial intelligence,a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation has driven a shift in the level of social demand for talents with technical skills,and higher-order skills such as creativity,insight and learning capacity have become the character and key competencies necessary for students to adapt to social development. This article takes the historical background and development trend of the deep integration of artificial intelligence and vocational education as the point of penetration,analyzes the endogenous logic of AI-enabled vocational education,and explores how to reasonably use the unique advantages of AI to promote the reform and innovation of vocational education and teaching. It suggests to,by means of information technology,transform education environment,curriculum,teaching methods,evaluation system and talent training mode,promote cultivation of complex and innovative talents with technical skill,and get out of the dilemma of new talents shortage brought about by industrial upgrading.
