摘　　要：肿瘤微环境是影响恶性肿瘤预后的关键因素之一,其中三级淋巴结构是增强局部微环境中抗肿瘤免疫的新靶点。皮肤中固有存在与三级淋巴结构类似的淋巴细胞聚集物,提示其在众多皮肤疾病中存在的可能性。已有研究证实,恶性黑素瘤中存在三级淋巴结构,且与更好的患者预后相关。本文综述皮肤相关淋巴组织及恶性黑素瘤中有关三级淋巴结构、功能以及在患者预后判断等方面的进展。Tumor microenvironment is one of the key factors affecting the prognosis of malignant tumors,and tertiary lymphoid structures are a new target for enhancing anti-tumor immunity in the local microenvironment.There are lymphocyte aggregates similar to tertiary lymphoid structures in the skin,suggesting the possibility of their existence in many skin diseases.Previous studies have confirmed the existence of tertiary lymphoid structures in malignant melanoma and their associations with a better prognosis of patients.This review summarizes the progress in skin-associated lymphoid tissues,tertiary lymphoid structures and function in malignant melanoma,and the role of tertiary lymphoid structures in the evaluation of prognosis of patients.
