彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用及对乳腺癌分期的价值探究

摘　　要：目的:探究彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用及对乳腺癌分期中的价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月130例乳腺肿块患者,根据手术病理结果将其分为良性肿块组60例和恶性肿块组70例,两组均采用彩色多普勒超声检查。比较两组的Alder血流分级情况及肿块血流参数(Vs、Vd、RI及PI),比较恶性肿块组中不同疾病分期者的Alder血流分级情况及肿块血流参数,并采用Spearman秩相关分析Alder血流分级情况及肿块血流参数与乳腺癌分期的关系。结果:恶性肿块组的Alder血流分级情况、肿块血流参数均高于良性肿块组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性肿块组中疾病分期较高者的Alder血流分级情况和肿块血流参数均高于疾病分期较低者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Alder血流分级情况及肿块血流参数均与乳腺癌分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用效果较好,且对乳腺癌分期具有较高的检测价值,应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with breast mass and value for stages of breast cancer.Method:A total of 130 breast mass patients from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected,and they were divided into benign mass group (n=60) and malignant mass group (n=70) according to surgical and pathological results.Both groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasound.The Alder blood flow classification and mass blood flow parameters (VS,VD,RI and PI) were compared between two groups,and the Alder blood flow classification and mass blood flow parameters of patients with different stage in malignant mass group were compared.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the relationship between Alder blood flow classification,mass blood flow parameters and stages of breast cancer.Result:The Alder blood flow classifications and mass blood flow parameters of malignant mass group were higher than those of benign mass group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The Alder blood flow classifications and mass blood flow parameters of malignant mass group with higher disease stages were higher than those of patients with lower disease stages,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The Spearman rank correlation analysis showed those Alder blood flow classifications and mass blood flow parameters were positively correlated with stages of breast cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has a good effect in the diagnosis of breast mass,and has a high value in the detection of stages of breast cancer.
