摘 要:通过控制奥氏体化后的冷却方式获得了14Cr1MoR(H)钢三种原始组织,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、拉伸和冲击试验机研究了组织对14Cr1MoR(H)钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,14Cr1MoR(H)钢奥氏体化后以风冷的方式冷却时获得板条贝氏体组织,以12℃/min控冷方式冷却时获得铁素体+粒状贝氏体组织,这两种组织690℃保温20 h时效处理前后抗拉强度均高于540 MPa、-10℃冲击吸收能量均不低于160 J;14Cr1MoR(H)钢奥氏体化后以2℃/min控冷方式冷却,获得铁素体+珠光体组织,抗拉强度为480 MPa,低于标准要求30 MPa,经时效处理,钢的-10℃冲击吸收能量从154 J降低至58 J。Three original microstructures of 14Cr1MoR(H)steel were obtained by controlling the cooling method after austenitization,and the effect of microstructure on mechanical properties of 14Cr1MoR(H)steel were investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,tensile and impact testing machine.The results show that the 14Cr1MoR(H)steel obtain lath-shaped bainite by air cooling and ferrite+granular bainite by controlled air cooling at a rate of 12℃/min after austenitization,respectively.Both of these two microstructures have good strength and toughness before and after aging treatment at 690℃for 20 hours(both their tensile strength is higher than 540 MPa,and their impact energy at-10℃is higher than 160 J).The 14Cr1MoR(H)steel obtains ferrite+pearlite by controlled cooling at a rate of at 2℃/min after austenitization,but the tensile strength of the steel is only 480 MPa,which is lower than the standard by 30 MPa,and the impact absorption energy at-10℃is reduced from 154 J to 58 J after aging heat treatment.
