摘 要:为研究34CrMo4钢蓄能器壳体的翻板旋压收口成形过程及其优化工艺,利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D对蓄能器壳体的翻板旋压收口过程进行了模拟分析。研究结果表明,在成形过程中,切向旋压力>轴向旋压力>径向旋压力,其中切向旋压力和总旋压力对温度变化较为敏感,以成形温度1150℃为宜。成形过程中,翻板角速度太大时,容易引起褶皱、堆叠、裂纹等缺陷;反之易出现表面剥离现象,不能使变形区深入内层,收口内表面会出现菊花状缺陷,故翻板角速度取0.0157 rad/s为宜。采用上述工艺数值,在610旋压机上进行试制,试制成品与模拟结果吻合,最终成形效果比较理想。In order to study the spinning and closing forming process and optimization process of 34CrMo4 steel accumulator shell,finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate and analyze the spinning and closing process of accumulator shell.The results show that the tangential spin pressure>axial spin pressure>radial spin pressure.Among them,the tangential spin pressure and the total spin pressure are more sensitive to temperature change,and the suitable forming temperature is 1150℃.In the forming process,if the angular velocity of turning plate is too high,it is easy to cause folds,stacking,cracks and other defects.On the contrary,surface peeling phenomenon is easy to occur,making the deformation zone unable to go deep into the inner layer,chrysanthemum shaped defects will appear on the inner surface of the closure,so the suitable angular velocity of the turning plate is 0.0157 rad/s.The above process parameters were used to carry out trial production on 610 spinning machine.The trial-produced product was consistent with the simulation results,and the final forming effect was ideal.
