妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液联合泪道探通术治疗先天性泪道阻塞患儿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液联合泪道探通术治疗先天性泪道阻塞患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院先天性泪道阻塞患儿82例,按治疗方案不同分研究组、参照组,各41例,其中研究组患眼64只,参照组患眼63只。参照组采用泪道探通术治疗,研究组采用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液+泪道探通术治疗。比较两组总有效率、泪道功能恢复时间、并发症发生率、复发率。结果研究组总有效率为95.31%(61/64),高于参照组69.84%(44/63)(P<0.05);研究组泪道功能恢复时间短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率为1.64%(1/61),低于参照组15.91%(7/44)(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液联合泪道探通术治疗先天性泪道阻塞患儿的临床疗效显著,可有效疏通患儿泪道,缓解临床症状,促进泪道功能恢复,较少疾病复发,且可保证治疗安全性。Objetive To study the clinical efficacy of tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops combined with lacrimal passage probing in the treatment of children with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods 82 children with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction in our hospital From January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.According to the treatment options,the patients were divided into study group and reference group,41 cases in each group,including 64 eyes in the study group and 63 eyes in the reference group.The reference group was treated with lacrimal passage probing only,and the study group was treated with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops combined with lacrimal passage probing.The total effective rate,recovery time of lacrimal function,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.31%(61/64),which was higher than that of the reference group 69.84%(44/63)(P<0.05).The recovery time of lacrimal function in the study group was shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05):The recurrence rate was 1.64%(1/61),which was lower than that in the reference group(15.91%,7/44)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops combine with lacrimal passage probing for the treatment of children with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction have significant clinical effects,which can effectively clear the lacrimal passage of children,relieve clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of lacrimal function.The disease recurrence and the safety of the treatment is guaranteed.
