摘 要:目的比较青少年近视患者佩戴全角膜镜-C镜、框架眼镜半年后屈光度数变化及戴镜后屈光度数变化,评估全角膜镜-C镜对青少年近视的控制效果。方法收集2019-01/2020-08来我院视光中心门诊就诊的试戴角膜塑形镜后不适合的青少年患者,作为全角膜镜-C镜验配患者,共计18例(35眼)为全角膜镜-C镜组,单光足矫框架眼睛近视患者20例(40眼)为框镜组。随访6个月。记录患者记录二组患者戴镜前及戴镜后半年屈光度数变化及全角膜镜-C镜戴镜前及戴镜后1mo,2mo,3mo,6mo行片上验光后屈光度数变化。结果两组患者6个月后屈光度数变化比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),戴镜后增长度数1mo右眼0.06±0.27,左眼-0.01±0.27,2mo右眼0.03±0.27,左眼0.06±0.23,3mo右眼-0.03±0.26,左眼-0.13±0.20,6mo右眼-0.21±0.25,左眼-0.18±0.25,右眼F=1.851,P=0.146,左眼F=2.643,P=0.057,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论全角膜镜-C镜可以有效的控制不适合佩戴角膜塑形镜青少年近视进展。Objective To compare the changes of refractive index and refractive degree after half a year after wearing full angle film keratoscope-C lens and frame glasses in adolescents with myopia,and to evaluate the effect of total corneal keratoscope-C lens on myopia control of adolescents.Methods A total of 18 cases(35 eyes)of adolescent patients who were not suitable for orthokeratology after wearing keratoscope-C lens in the outpatient department of optometry center of our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the patients of total angle membranous keratoscope-C lens group,and 20 cases(40 eyes)of myopia patients with single optical foot correction were selected as the frame lens group.The patients were followed up for 6 months.The changes of diopter before and half a year after wearing glasses,and the changes of diopter before and 1 mo,2 mo,3 mo,6 mo after wearing full angle membranous keratoscope-C lens were recorded.Results After 6 months,the diopter of the two groups had significant difference(P<0.01).After wearing glasses,the diopter increased by 0.06±0.27 in the right eye,0.01±0.27 in the left eye,0.03±0.27 in the right eye,0.06±0.23 in the left eye,0.03±0.26 in the right eye,0.13±0.20 in the left eye,0.21±0.25 in the right eye,0.18±0.25 in the left eye,F=1.851,P=0.146,F=2.643 in the left eye,P=0.057,There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The full angle film keratoscope-C lens can effectively control the myopia development of the young people who are not suitable for wearing Keratoplastic mirror.
