摘  要:电控制动助力器越来越多地应用于新能源汽车领域和传统汽车领域,它具有无真空需求、建压响应快和踏板感可调的系统特点,可支持再生制动和线控制动等先进的底盘控制功能。电控制动助力器有两种类型,即串联式和并联式。文章介绍了一种可支持多种类型电控制动助力器的硬件在环测试系统,可进行制动助力功能和性能主客观评估、外置式踏板模拟器设计以及制动系统故障诊断的测试,为该新技术产品的系统设计提供了快速的原型开发和测试方法。The electric brake booster is more and more used in the field of new energy vehicles and traditional vehicles.It has the system characteristics of no vacuum demand,fast pressure build-up response and adjustable pedal feel.It can support advanced chassis control functions such as the regenerative brake and brake by wire.There are two types of electric brake booster,which are series type and parallel type.In this paper,a hardware-in-loop test system which can support various types of electronic brake booster is introduced.It can carry out subjective and objective evaluation of brake booster function and performance,design of external pedal simulator,and test of brake system fault diagnosis.It provides a rapid prototyping development and test method for the system design of the new technology product.
