摘　　要：目的调查儿科护士工效学劳动负荷水平并分析其特征。方法采用便利抽样法选取2020年3—6月江西省儿童医院163名儿科护士为研究对象,采用工作场所工效学负荷综合暴露评估表(CQEC)进行行为观察及自评调查。结果儿科护士工作场所劳动负荷得分为(178.88±27.98)分,水平较高。儿科护士身体各部位负荷水平不同,躯体负荷量最大为颈部(92.24%)、此后依次为手腕部(80.37%)、肩臂部(48.47%)、下肢(33.12%)及背部(28.22%)。多元线性回归分析显示,责任班、工作年限是劳动负荷水平的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论儿科护士劳动负荷高且受到多种因素影响,护理管理者需采取干预措施来维护儿科护士职业健康及安全。Objective To investigate the ergonomic workload of pediatric nurses and analyze its characteristics.Methods A total of 163 pediatric nurses in Jiangxi Children′s Hospital from March to June 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method.Behavior observation and self-assessment survey were conducted using the comprehensive quick ergonomic check(CQEC).Results The work load score of pediatric nurses in the workplace was(178.88±27.98),at a higher level.The body load of pediatric nurses was different in different parts of the body.The body load of pediatric nurses was the largest in the neck(92.24%),followed by the wrist(80.37%),shoulder and arm(48.47%),lower limbs(33.12%)and back(28.22%).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that duty class and working years were independent factors of labor load level(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric nurses were highly loaded in positions as a result of various factors.Nursing managers should take intervention measures for the occupational health and safety of pediatric nurses.
