摘　　要：在当前全球化背景下,以“一体两翼”为抓手,在坚持打牢基础、守护中医之“体”的基础上,用客观实际的中医药科研成果和开放多元的中医药文化传播体系助推中医走向世界,可为全球化背景下的中医药话语权建构提供新思路。Under the background of globalization,taking"one body and two wings"as the instrumentality,on the basis of persisting in laying a solid foundation and protecting the"body"of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),using objective,practical scientific research achievements of TCM and open,diversified cultural communication system of TCM to boost of TCM to the world,which can provide new ideas for the construction of discourse right of TCM in the context of globalization.
