开放教育二元制酒店人才培养模式改革研究——基于琼、闽开放大学比较与相关经验借鉴

摘　　要：海南开放大学采用开放教育二元制人才培养模式落实海南省酒店业人才培养方案。将其与福建开放大学开放教育二元制人才培养模式比较,并借鉴国内外先进做法推动开放教育二元制酒店人才培养模式改革。通过优化混合式教学模式,实现学习方式多元化;构建校企双主体模式,助力校企融合一体化;打造二元师资模式,推动师资队伍专业化;改革开放教育人才培养模式,推进扶持政策制度化等措施,创新符合海南自贸港建设需要的"海南模式"。Hainan Open University adopts the talents cultivation mode of dual system in open education to implement the provincial talents cultivation program of hotel industry. Comparing with the mode of Fujian Open University and learning from advanced overseas practices, Hainan Open University put forward the suggestions such as optimizing the mixed teaching mode and diversifying learning ways, constructing the school-enterprise corporation mode and integrating them, creating the dual teacher mode and professional improvement of them, reforming the open education mode and making supporting policies, and will explore the "Hainan mode" to promote the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
