摘  要:个性化教学重视学习者的个体差异,能充分满足学习者的需求和突出学习者的主体地位,也是信息时代学习模式的发展方向。如何引导学生进行个性化学习是值得教育者研究的课题,特别是面对新冠疫情的防控要求,在线下教学受到影响的情况下,就更有其现实意义。为了满足特殊时期的线上教学要求,构建"基于移动终端的高职会计专业个性化教学模式",并在会计考证课程中进行实践应用,验证该教学模式的有效性,不仅实现了"停课不停教、停课不停学",保证了疫情防控期间的教学进度和教学质量,也保证了学生的初级会计师考证通过率。Personalized teaching attaches importance to the individual differences of learners, and therefore can fully meet the needs of learners and also highlight their subject position, which is the development direction of the learning model in the information age. How to guide students to carry out personalized learning is a topic worthy to be studied by educators. It has more practical significance, especially when offline teaching is affected under the requirements of new Crown Epidemic prevention and control. In order to meet the requirements of online teaching in this special period, this paper constructs an individualized teaching mode based on mobile terminal for accounting specialty, and applies it in accounting examination, which verifies the validity of this teaching model: it not only guarantees the progress and quality of teaching, but also guarantees students’ pass rate in the Junior Accountant Examination.
