摘 要:以阻断压力、挫折对学业倦怠形成的影响及摆脱学业倦怠性行为反应为靶问题,以降低学业倦怠反应水平为靶目标,探究现实疗法的团体辅导活动对初中生学业倦怠的干预效果。研究采用干预组和对照组前后测的准实验设计,自编了八个不同主题的团体辅导活动方案,对干预组实施了团体辅导,而对照组没有实施任何干预活动。结果发现:干预组在学业倦怠总分、学业疏离维度和低成就感维度上后测得分均显著低于对照组,干预组前测在倦怠总分和各个维度上得分均显著大于后测。实验结果说明现实疗法团体辅导对改善初中学生的学业倦怠有效。To explore the effect of group counseling of reality therapy on the academic burnout of junior middle school students,the aim of this study was to block the influence of stress and frustration on academic burnout and to get rid of the behavioral response of academic burnout,and to reduce the level of academic burnout response.The study adopted the pre-test and post-test experimental design of the intervention group and the control group.The eight group counseling activities programs of different themes were compiled.Group counseling was implemented for the intervention group,while the control group did not implement any intervention activities.The results showed that the post-test scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the total score of academic burnout,the dimension of cynicism,and the dimension of low sense of accomplishment.The experimental results showed that the reality therapy group counseling is effective in improving the academic burnout of middle school students.
