显微镜辅助下联合脊柱内固定治疗椎管内肿瘤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析显微镜辅助下肿瘤切除术联合脊柱内固定治疗椎管内肿瘤的效果。方法选取萍乡市人民医院2015年1月至2020年5月收治的60例椎管内肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组采用显微镜辅助下肿瘤切除术治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合脊柱内固定手术治疗。比较两组的围术期指标、术后并发症及术前与术后6月的神经功能评级。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量及术后住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的总并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,两组患者的神经功能评级优于术前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微镜辅助下肿瘤切除术联合脊柱内固定术可有效减轻椎管内肿瘤患者的神经功能损伤,降低并发症总发生率,对患者的术后恢复起积极影响。Objective To analyze the effect of microscope-assisted tumor resection combined with spinal internal fixation in the treatment of intraspinal tumors.Methods A total of 60 patients with intraspinal tumors in the Pingxiang People′s Hospital from January 2015 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with a microscope-assisted tumor resection,and the study group was treated with spinal internal fixation on the basis of the control group.The perioperative indicators,postoperative complications,and neurological function ratings before operation and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the neurological function ratings of the two groups were better than those before the operation,and the neurological function ratings of the study group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microscope-assisted tumor resection combined with spinal internal fixation can effectively reduce the neurological damage of patients with intraspinal tumors,reduce the incidence of complications,and have a positive impact on the patient′s postoperative recovery.
