摘　　要：底特律S60柴油发动机是AHV364可控震源标配发动机,它是可控震源液压系统的动力源。因其负荷较大,所以经过一定使用期后难免会出现各种故障现象。其常见故障现象具体表现为烟囱冒白烟、烟囱冒黑烟、烟囱冒蓝烟、机油内进防冻液、从机油尺口和气门室盖密封处喷机油。本文参照发动机结构原理和工作原理,并结合实践经验,对AHV364型可控震源底特律S60柴油发动机常见故障进行了分类汇总和深入详细的分析,并给出了排除故障的方法及使用保养建议,以供同行借鉴。Detroit Diesel series 60 is the standard engine of AHV364 vibrator,it is the power source of the vibrator hydraulic system.Because of vibrator heavy load,so after a certain period of use,there will be some trouble with the engine inevitably.Specific common failures are white smoke from chimneys,and black smoke from chimneys,and blue smoke from chimneys,and coolant getting into oil,and spraying oil from oil dipstick and valve chamber cover seals.Referring to the engine structure principle and working principle,and combined with practical experience,this paper summarizes and analyzes in details the common faults of the AHV364 vibrator Detroit Diesel series 60,and gives the method of troubleshooting and the maintenance recommendations for peers'troubleshooting.
