摘  要:采用预乳化工艺,经乳液聚合得到阳离子型氨基改性聚硅氧烷乳液。测试D4质量分数的变化、乳液粒径、相对分子质量和转化率,并结合聚合反应动力学分析了预乳液在低温和高温下的反应过程,同时建立反应模型分析了预乳液的聚合过程。结果表明:预乳液在10~30℃的低温下比较稳定,反应较难发生,而在高温下体系稳定性降低,促使D4从增溶胶束内移动到水相中或胶束表面,然后在增溶胶束表面或在水相中其他胶束的表面发生开环,同时聚合反应发生在胶束内部,并随反应时间的延长最终趋于平衡。The cationic amino-modified poly-siloxane emulsion was obtained by emulsion polymerization using pre emulsification process.The change of D4 mass fraction,emulsion particle size,relative molecular weight and conversion rate were measured,which were combined with the polymerization kinetics to analyze the reaction process of pre-emulsion under the low temperature and high temperature.At the same time,the emulsion polymerization behavior was analyzed through the establishment of the reaction model.The results show that it is difficult for reaction to occur because the pre emulsion is stable at low temperature of 10~30℃.At high temperature,the stability of the system will be reduced,which makes D4 move from the solubilized micelle to the water phase or the micelle surface,and then the ring opening occurs on the surface of the solubilized micelle or other micelle surface in the water phase.At the same time,the polymerization occurs in the micelle,and finally tends to balance with the extension of reaction time.
