摘  要:采用两步水解法将布面淀粉浆料完全水解为葡萄糖,再采用碘量法测定其质量分数。在酸溶液中提取布面的PVA浆料,再以硼酸为介质,碘液为显色剂,在检测波长为650 nm的条件下测定PVA质量分数。该方法能避免棉纤维水解,检测结果可靠。该方法还能避免淀粉浆料的影响,加标回收率和精密度均较高,适用于退浆过程中布面PVA浆料质量分数的测定。The starch size was completely hydrolyzed to glucose by two-step hydrolysis method,and the mass fraction of glucose was determined by iodometry.PVA size on fabric surface was extracted by acid solu⁃tion.Under the condition of boric acid as medium,iodine solution as chromogenic agent and detection wave⁃length of 650 nm,the mass fraction of PVA was determined.This method can avoid the hydrolysis of cotton fi⁃ber,and the test results are reliable.This method can eliminate effects of starch size,and has high recovery and precision.It is suitable for the determination of PVA size mass fraction on cloth surface in the process of desizing.
