摘 要:目的:采用系统性评价的方法来分析PBL教学法与传统方法对免疫学课程教学及效果的影响,从而探究PBL教学法对免疫学课程教学的意义。方法:全面检索CNKI、万方、维普、PubMed等中英文数据库,搜集有关PBL法在免疫学课程教学方面效果评价的文献,检索时限均从建库至2020年9月。对搜集到的文献进行偏移及质量评价,并采用Review Manager软件进行系统性评价。结果:共纳入17篇文献,2121名学生。Meta分析结果显示,PBL组学生的期末成绩[MD=7.77,95%CI(5.66,9.88),P<0.00001]以及成绩优秀率[RR=1.96,95%CI(1.35,2.83),P=0.0004]均显著高于传统教学组。结论:PBL教学法的教学效果显著优于传统教学法,启示PBL教学法对于促进免疫学课程教学,将会有重要意义。Objective:To analyze the influence of PBL pedagogy and traditional method on the effectiveness of immunology course teaching by employing systematic evaluation method,so as to explore the significance of PBL pedagogy in immunology course teaching.Methods:Comprehensive retrieval of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and other Chinese and English databases.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the above databases to September 2020.The deviation and quality evaluation of the collected literature were carried out,and the Review Manager software was used for systematic evaluation.Results:A total of 17 articles and 2121 students were included.The Meta-analysis results showed that the final grades and the excellent rates of the students in the PBL group[MD=7.77,95%CI(5.66,9.88),P<0.00001][RR=1.96,95%CI(1.35,2.83),P=0.0004]were significantly higher than the traditional teaching group.Conclusion:The teaching effect of the PBL pedagogy is significantly better than that of the traditional teaching method,which is suggested that the PBL pedagogy will be of great significance for promoting immunology course teaching.
