摘  要:目的:比较分析对弱视患儿与视力正常儿童进行图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)检查及视网膜电图明视负波反应(PhNR)检查的结果。方法:选取成都普瑞眼科医院收治的18例弱视患儿和在该院进行检查的15例视力正常儿童作为研究对象。将其中的18例弱视患儿(30只患眼)设为弱视组,将其中的15例视力正常儿童(30只眼)设为视力正常组。对两组受检儿童均进行P-VEP检查和PhNR检查,比较其检查结果。结果:在大方格与小方格的刺激下,弱视组患儿进行P-VEP检查时P100波的振幅均小于视力正常组儿童,P<0.05;弱视组患儿进行P-VEP检查时P100波的潜伏期均长于视力正常组儿童,P<0.05。弱视组患儿进行PhNR检查时P100波的振幅小于视力正常组儿童,P<0.05;其进行PhNR检查时P100波的潜伏期长于视力正常组儿童,P<0.05。结论:与视力正常的儿童相比,弱视患儿进行P-VEP、PhNR检查时P100波的振幅减小、潜伏期延长。Objective:To compare and analyze the results of graphic visual evoked potential(P-VEP)test and electroretinogram positive wave response(PhNR)test in amblyopia and normal vision children.Methods:Eighteen children with amblyopia treated in Chengdu Purui Eye Hospital and fifteen children with normal vision were selected as the research objects.Eighteen children with amblyopia(30 eyes)were assigned to the amblyopia group,and 15 children with normal vision(30 eyes)were assigned to the normal vision group.The results of p-VEP and PhNR were compared between the two groups.Results:Under the stimulation of large square and small square,the amplitude of P100 wave in the amblyopia group was smaller than that in the normal vision group,P<0.05;The incubation period of P100 wave in amblyopia group was longer than that in normal vision group(P<0.05).The amplitude of P100 wave in amblyopia group was smaller than that in normal vision group(P<0.05).The incubation period of P100 wave during PhNR examination was longer than that of normal vision group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with children with normal vision,the amplitude of P100 wave in children with amblyopia during p-VEP and PhNR e xamination is decreased and the incubation period is prolonged.
