摘  要:通过对超临界600 MW汽轮机高中压整体内缸铸件结构进行分析,认为该铸件有汽道造型难、补缩难以及尺寸精度控制难等特点;采用铸焊结合、墙形补贴工艺措施解决汽道缩松问题,汽道不同部位采用不同缩尺解决尺寸精度问题,并用凝固模拟软件对工艺进行多次模拟优化,生产出了合格产品。Through the analysis of the structure of high pressure integral inner cylinder castings of supercritical 600 MW steam turbine,it is considered that the castings are difficult to form steam passage,to fill and to control dimensional accuracy.The problem of steam tunnel shrinkage porosity was solved by adopting the process measures of casting and welding combined and wall shape subsidy.Different scale was used to solve the dimensional accuracy problem in different parts of steam tunnel.The process was simulated and optimized several times with solidification simulation software,and qualified products were produced.
