发热保温补贴在铸钢件中的应用

摘  要:通过实例证明发热保温补贴的有效性和可行性。在中小型铸钢件上用发热补贴比用保温补贴更好,因其热节较小,产品凝固的时间短,浇注过程中的热损耗较大,用发热补贴能及时提高补贴周围的温度,有利于形成顺序凝固的温度梯度,保证冒口的顺利补缩。发热保温补贴能有效提高工艺出品率3%~6%,大大减少了切割、打磨清理的工作量。但是,发热保温补贴部分或完全替代金属补贴应根据产品的重要性来确定,且在应用补贴时还应根据实际生产条件判断补贴的配方是否适合。This paper proves the effectiveness and feasibility of exothermic insulation pad through examples.It is better to use exothermic pad for small and medium-sized steel castings than to use heat-preserving pad.Because of its small hot pot,short product solidification time,and large heat loss during the pouring process,the exothermic pad can raise the temperature around the pad in time,which is conducive to the formation of a temperature gradient of sequential solidification and ensures the smooth feeding of the riser.Exothermic insulation pad can effectively increase the overall yield by about 3%to 6%,and greatly reduce the workload of cutting,grinding and cleaning.In addition,the partial or complete replacement of metal pad for exothermic insulation pad should be determined according to the importance of the product,and when applying subsidies,it is necessary to pay attention to whether the subsidy formula is suitable or not,and it needs to be judged in practice.In addition,when applying pad,it is necessary to pay attention to whether the pad formula is suitable or not,and it needs to be judged in practice.
